Expectation Vs Reality By Thakur Gargi

Expectation Vs Reality

Entering in a college is like entering into a new world. The aura is different when you enter the premises. There is a lot of excitement of meeting new people and getting to know them. It's a place where new and stronger bonds of friendship are made and also one can do what he/she wants to. LIVE FREE. FEEL FREE. One can do whatever one wishes to but the reality is far different instead one has to put on mugging's hat to pass on the semester.
Where one goes on with a firm decision to study hard, the last night fights are most common. Assignments are not for checking your intellectual ability but as to check on your presentation skills and coping skills.
Some are also fanatical dreamers inspired by bollywood heroes. They think that they will get struck by a girl mistakenly and they will see eye to eye. A background music will go on and they will live happily ever after.
Instead the game is a bit different. This is not bollywood . Here you will have to follow a girl for 3-4 days. If there is any signal from her side then you will have to be gutsy enough to go and talk to her. Rest is an enigma.
So that's a lot of struggle. A lot I think.
We don't have to give answers as to why’s and what's to our parents. The only answer they seek is when will you be getting your good paying full time job and that's a big question.
But the best thing is that you get to a make a hell of good friends. They will be with you from coping assignments to cheating in exams, bunking to proxy. They are partners in all your crimes and that's the beauty of whatever the expectations and reality are. You always have a friend with you in all your reality struggles.
