THINGS TO REMEMBER!
Talking about Jesus and Mary College
it’s a little different from other colleges to survive as being a girl’s
college there is a high scale of competition in terms of dressing. Girls here
are fashionable in terms of their shoes, hairstyle, watch, shades, dresses and
their bags. Things to keep in mind when you first enter the college premises as
a JMCite:
·
Never ever think of entering college in a
lower or night suit as it will reduce your impression in front of other highly
fashionable girls as you are amongst the best crowd in Delhi University.
·
Always put your kajal and eye-liner on as
there are many guys standing outside JMC.
·
Try not to fake your accent as it won’t work
in your favour as you are surrounded with the girls from schools like DPS R.K
Puram, Modern school, barakhamba, Sanskriti School and other convent schools.
Just be fluent in what you speak.
·
You are free to wear anything as
fortunately it’s an all-girls college. Go out with dresses, shorts, skirts,
crop tops or one-shoulder.
·
Proper hairstyle and not a messy or
uncombed hair.
·
Always fill your wallet before going to the
college because you’ll always land up in Taj CCD, Hauz khas and may be in ITC Bukhara.
·
Take care of your attendance as unlike
other colleges of Delhi University, JMC is comparatively strict on attendance.
So have fun but after the college.
·
Be good with your teachers and your
classmates only then you will be able to make opportunities come to your way.
·
If you have any talent then do not hesitate
in showcasing it as new talent is always welcome in JMC.
·
Love your seniors and they will help you
whenever you come across any problem but love doesn’t mean being a puppet
instead just respect them.
·
Never show off your branded stuff because
girls around you are in Gucci, Chanel, Charles and Keith and other renowned
brand.
· Maintain class unity and don’t be spoilsports in mass bunk because that
will make you fall in your classmates eyes and you should better know that some
teachers also love class unity.
