FOOD OUTLETS IN NORTH CAMPUS

School is limited to canteen whereas entering into college is like exploring a new market for food.

With yet another academic year rolling in, and a new batch of enthusiastic applicants arriving at DELHI UNIVERSITY, it is delightful to answer one of the most lingering question.

WHAT TO EAT?

Considering NORTH CAMPUS not only a perfect place for the toppers but a marvellous spot for foodies .

Collegwalas are always low on cash, the underneath list of HIDDEN GEMS is really beneficial to explore a variety of food at the rate our pocket afford-

HUDSON LANE:
A lane full of chirpy restaurants attracting the youth of today with its mouth watering food. The lane has subsequent restaurants:
  • QD's
  • RICOS
  • MOON ON SQUARE
  • THE HUNGRY MINDS
  • YOLO 21
  • BIG YELLOW DOOR
  • SMUGGLERS

Here people are lavished with delicious variety of food.

TOM UNCLE MAGGI POINT:
"A VERY SMALL PLACE WITH A VAST MENU "
Just utter the word TOM UNCLE and see the warmest of smile across the faces
It offers plenty of choices of maggi for every day college students.

MOMOS POINT:
Momos Point is one of the oldest food joints to have cropped up in Kamala Nagar.
The initial menu comprised of the steamed pork, chicken and vegetarian momos. But as time and peoples palettes evolved so did the vibrant menu, now consisting of fried momos, tandoori momos, honey chilli potatoes, etc. The ultimate validation for the food, undoubtedly, is the queue outside at any given time of day.

Dont miss the "Spicy chicken winglets and fried pork momos".

SOUTH INDIAN CAFE:
If youre craving some crisp medu vadas, or uthappams, South Indian Cafe is a great option.
Easily missed, this neatly tucked away cafe is just adjacent to Gwyer Hall nearly a decade old. Though not so much a cafe, it is essentially a few wooden tables put together, with mouth watering food that doesnt tear a hole in your pocket. Annas kitchen also serves chicken biryani on Thursday nights, after 7.

BILLE DI HATTI :
This place is preferred by all looking for a quick bute without compromising taste .
Billi Di Hatti serves the famous punjabi dish CHOLLE BHATURE with a mouth watering Lassi .

SHRI BANKEY BIHARI BRAJWASI RASGULLE WALA:
Hidden among the lanes of Kamla Nagar this lesser know and hard to find outlet is a must visit for all Indian sweet lovers...It's located right behind Bille Di Hatti and serves one of the most authentic and creamy Rasmallai and soft Gulab Jamun you will find in Delhi.
